With over 16 years of yoga practice and almost 10 years of teaching experience, Anita is a devoted practitioner of traditional Yoga Therapy and Meditation. She was suffering from allergic rhinitis since birth, it was Yoga that completely changed her life. She has then decided to pass on her Guruji’s lineage and keep sharing the light and joy of yoga to others.

Day 1

8:00 Meet at Zhongshan park

10:30– Arrive at the temple. Preparation and introduction

11:00 – Vegetarian lunch and rest

12:30 – Walking Meditation for 30 mins

Walking meditation is a simple and universal practice for developing calm, connectedness, embodied awareness and relieve stress.

13:00 Yoga Therapy for 1 hour

Yoga therapy utilizes yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation to benefit and improve overall health. In this session we’ll focus on most common problems, neck, shoulders and lower back pain. Problems caused by a sedentary lifestyle or work.

14:00 – Meditation for 1 hour

Meditation helps to keep the mind sharp, relieves stress and anxiety, and strengthen immune system. In this class we learn and practice traditional yoga meditation. It is suitable for all levels.

15:00 pm – Discussion & Sharing

16:00 – Rest & Get Ready to Depart

16:30 – Go back to Shanghai

19:00 Arrive to Zhongshan park
